Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is free on all Claro Print products. Where an order is processed with the express delivery option, the additional charge is for all costs associated with express production throughout all stages of manufacture.
Estimated delivery dates are achieved or improved upon on 98% of orders placed. All orders are delivered via trusted third party carriers with exceptional on-time delivery performance rates. On rare occasions, delays can occur due to circumstances outwith the control of Claro Print and our delivery partners. In such circumstances we will ensure your delivery is with you as soon as possible after the scheduled date. 
Our standard delivery lead time is 7 working days and our express lead time is 3 working days. Working days are counted as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Claro Print is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our privacy statement. Claro Print may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. 

Returns & Replacements
It is of the utmost importance to us that you are satisfied with your order. In the rare event that a lapse in quality of goods or service occurs we make it our priority to address your concerns. If you feel we have let you down, we will investivate right away. Where appropriate, we will supply a replacement, remedy the goods, refund part or all of the cost or, as a gesture of goodwill, provide you with a discount voucher to be redeemed against future orders.

Ordering
Ordering online at Claro Print could not be easier. Just find the product you need from the drop down menu under 'Products'. Then refine the details of the order by choosing a quantity or a size or a type of paper. Once that's done, it's just a case of uploading artwork or requesting Claro Print to design, then go to the checkout. If you ever have a problem at any time, just join us on Live Chat or send us a message and we'll get you sorted and the order processed through for you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our pricing could not be clearer. We always deliver free of charge, so the price you see is the price you pay. VAT is applied where appropriate at the checkout stage and is shown clearly prior to your purchase transaction being completed. We take payment by card through the secure Sage Pay Payment option. If you have a promotional code or discount voucher, simply input the code at the checkout and the price reduction will be automatically applied.
 
Viewing Orders
To view your orders, log into the My Account section and go to 'My Orders'. There you will see a list of all orders with an indicator to tell you the job status. There's a reorder button to so that you can place repeat orders without having to rethink or reset the job spec. How easy is that?

Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time my logging into your account via the 'My Account' link at the top of each page. You'll need your user name and password of course for you security. Once you are in the My Account area you'll find the 'Account Information' section where all changes can be made and saved.
